I watched the other episode they showed last Saturday also. It was Seth Rogen and Ed Sheeran from 7 years ago. Was interesting to watch the intro and see how many cast members have come and gone but it got me to thinking... How in the fuck is Kyle Mooney still around? It's incredibly rare that anything he's in makes me laugh. Does he write good skits for other people that I'm not aware of? Is he Lorne's kid?
SNL as an institution and with its format is probably the wrong venue but that prank posse stuff is fabulous parody minus the apology stuff. Firehose bidet.
This has been a strong premier. The new guy doing. Biden was good, and Owen Wilson has been solid. Update was great, with a fitting tribute to Norm.
Kyle Mooney doesn’t get enough credit for what he brings to SNL. He killed me during the dating sketch.
