Truman posted this in the general TV watching thread, but you guys need to watch this. There is no way that people on this board won't totally obsess over the humor and the quotes. Arguably the funniest show on TV. There are 2 seasons of 6 episodes each that last 21 minutes per episode and one special along with numerous youtube shorts. The main character, Wayne, and the preacher wrote the show. "LETTERKENNY CONSISTS OF HICKS, SKIDS, HOCKEY PLAYERS, AND CHRISTIANS. THESE ARE THEIR PROBLEMS." Some samples... Quotables (1000's)... You wanna 68? That's when you go down on me... And I'll owe ya one. What sort of backwards fuckin' pageantry is that? One time my cousin, he tore open his ballsack tryin' to do a skateboard trick, and he had to show it to his mum. You greenlit that tomfuckery? You look like you've got an awkward boner
Fans of fast paced witty 1 liners and banter will like this show. 30 Rock/ Kimmy Schmidt ect. It's hilarious.
Ive been constantly watching clips since NYGator responded my post in the random TV thread. It's so funny
My daughters vice principal called my house to say that she was getting detention for some bogus offense. I told her to pump the brakes. That's a hard no. The call didn't go to well, but I was proud that I was able to use it in context.
Stopped toe curling in the hot tub because you heard sperm stay alive in there and youve seen Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles enough times to know how that story ends
Binged through this show over the last few weeks. Absolutely phenomenal. Thanks again to fellow Everton fan Truman for the link to the episodes. I'll probably do a rewatch within the next few days. Spoiler
Love all the main characters, but I really enjoy Devon. He's the best of the skids and his scenes in the Fartbook episode are sooooo good.
How does one access it? I can't imagine it's on streaming sites yet. Stupid Canadian-exclusive shows.
I blew through all of them yesterday. Whole season was great. The Riley and Jonesy killed it this season
I watched it yesterday as well. They definitely kept the quality up. The only thing that really fell flat for me was the use of the skids. They really never connected to the rest of the show. I'm guessing it will be important for the Labor Day release. Apparently they are releasing a lot more episodes this year in two batches. The word play was just amazing at times.
I want to know how many takes they need to get through all the alliteration cleanly. Especially the one with all the 'Qs' .
Need to check non-premium Torrance tonight to see if this has showed up. I'm not on btn or anything anymore. Really wish a streaming service would get rights.
http://mywatchseries.to/serie/letterkenny Just about any tv show you can imagine. Sure, some aren't HD quality but they are watchable. Just have to run chrome with no-script and pop up blocker. Vidto.me and gorillavid seem to be the most stable.
Here is a link. Also they are trying to bring the show international and they signed up for 40 new episodes. It really was good. I loved the meter of the entire show. Lots of great lines as always.
Finally watched all of season 3 this weekend. So damn good. Did anyone read anything about Devin leaving the show? He was actually my favorite skid last season. The “intelligent baby” opening of episode 5 just wrecked me.
Reddit seems to think a documentary the actor was shooting during season 3 might be the reason he wasn’t around. Hoping they bring him back.
I'm too lazy to scroll. Does it usually only hit the torrance this early? None of the streaming sites will have it, right?
I got it on BTN. Im not sure if it's on a US streaming service or not. I know it's developed by a canadian streaming service. Some comedy one, that I dont know the name of
First two seasons are on Hulu. Sepinwall reviewed it https://www.rollingstone.com/tv/tv-reviews/letterkenny-review-canadian-comedy-series-hulu-701265/
Binged s5 on the plane to London Wednesday evening. Daryl being unable to say breakfast killed me. Also, anytime Wayne talks to a dog.
Oh, and I’m not sure if mentioned, but the soundtrack is really good. Song selection for characters and fights are always really entertaining.
Burned through the two seasons on Hulu this week. Show is fucking hilarious. Squirrelly Dan is the best.
